Welcome to One Thai One Product (OTOP Store). By purchasing from our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Our Role
OTOP Store acts as a reseller and distributor of products made by independent Thai artisans, small family businesses, and individual makers. We source products directly from these suppliers and list them for sale on our website.
We do not manufacture the products ourselves, but we strive to ensure all items are accurately described and represented.
2. Orders & Payments
- All prices are displayed in Thai Baht (THB) and include VAT where applicable.
- Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of incorrect pricing, stock issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.
3. Product Availability & Handmade Variations
- Many of our items are handmade in small batches. As such, colors, patterns, and sizes may vary from the product images shown.
- Some items are in stock and ship quickly, while others may be made to order and require additional lead time. Estimated delivery times will be provided after you have ordered and paid. If the lead time is unacceptable you will get an opportunity to cancel your order with a full refund.
4. Delivery
- Once your order has been placed along with your delivery address details you will be sent an email confirming delivery charges. Once this is paid the goods will be ordered from our suppliers.
- Delivery is available throughout Thailand.
- Standard delivery times: 3–7 business days for in-stock items, 7–14 business days for made-to-order or larger items such as furniture.
- Shipping costs are calculated abased on weight and location.
5. Returns & Refunds
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Perishable items (e.g., food or drink) and custom-made orders cannot be returned unless faulty.
- Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was received damaged or defective.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at shop@otopthailand.com.
- We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.
7. Liability
- OTOP Store is not liable for any indirect loss, injury, or damage arising from the use of products purchased from our store.
- Responsibility for product quality and safety rests with the original maker or supplier, although we will do our best to support you in resolving any issues.
8. Intellectual Property
All images, text, and content on this website are the property of OTOP Store and may not be copied or reused without permission.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Thai courts.
